I feel upset about my speech yesterday

Yesterday I had a speech.After I choose the topic ,my blind went blind .I don't kown how to explain it and I felt nervous . I just stand there and say a little word.I was disappoint with me...I feel upset after...I really need to improve my English.

I had the same experience yesterday.Also,I felt very upset and dull when I finished my speech.But now,I feel motivated,as I recognize my disadvantages and I'm eager to improve my impromptu speech ability.
It doesn't matter to make mistakes when we pratise our oral English.Let's keep moving
