HOW TO CHANGE THE HEAD OF THE USERS'

I dislike my head portrait, cause it looks like a kind of warning signs. It's a little bit ugly.
I do want to change it to a fair lady's pictures
Is there anyone could tell me how to do so?

Head portrait? The avatar?
press the button at the top called "profile"
on the next page, press "avatar"
on the next page, click the box "delete image" and press save.
On the same page, you can upload a new image as your avatar
