what's the matter of the school internet?

This semester, I apply for the school internet, but it can't work normally.
A lot of internet administrators can not find the problem exactly. Of course,
they could't fix it well.I'm very upset about this result~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have the same experience with you .So far I can't use my computer to search the internet.How terrible thing it is!
