Shanghai and Beijing teams in Perth, Australia
Beijing and Shanghai basketball teams are in Perth to play the Wildcats. There is a 7ft 9 player, the news kept showing him at the Perth Airport.

Just looked it up, Beijing and Shanghai are two CBA teams. Probably on par with the Australia league teams, but I think the CBA is a bit more of a defensive league. Referees call even the smallest of fouls in the CBA, can make it a little hard to watch sometimes.
That Shanghai team is owned by Yao Ming believe it or not.

Lindsay Gaze was a head coach in the CBA in Tianjin, think he got sacked though.
Goorjian travled to China after he finished his commitment with the Boomers in 2009. He became the Coach in General of Dongguan Leopards, a growing team in CBA. He leaded the Leopards Youth Team to win Championship of the Chinese National Youth League in July, 2009, who only ranked in the 9th position in 2008. With a great success, Goorjian is expected to be promoted as the head coach for the senior team in the 2010-2011 CBA Season.
