football team

Now I am the leader of my football team, but it is so difficult to bring in new members. Girls are always saying that they have no interests, they have no basic skills etc. I am getting crazy, what should I do?????

i'm so sorry to say that i have made my decision to quit the football team but i really have my reasons that only one knows it

First, just try your best to lead the team..
Then, to improve their interesting about football..
Maybe you can organize a match..

interest is the key to lead all the players together~~ you should make them know it is their willing to stay,not you force them .and in my opinion, the days when you are playing sports in a team to fight for champion is the great time for you to remember.

don't worried, the girls in our department are great, the only thing to worry about is our boys..

Actually ,I am a leader,too,of the freshmen's football team in our dept.
And I am sorry to say that my team was not qualified to the next round ,though I knew they have done everything they could .
